...About Poet's Lovely Daughter, "Oh, What love does when you're torn up inside by your history..." So the song "Supernatural" begins my 2009 Spinout Records Release, 'Poet's Lovely Daughter.' What has been described as "moody and sublime" and for which I was named Best Female Artist of the Year in 2010, this album was a journey beginning from the depths of unsung hopes which led me to the noble pursuit of following dreams. It is what it is and was what it was: an emotive, musical moment in time. That moment may have been the length of the album, or the length of lifetimes... only time will tell in that regard. But for me, she who was "born on the banks of the Mississippi" (Heart Given), through the experience of writing this album in Italy, recording it with the brilliant Bernie Larsen in the "City of Angels" (Faith), and following this album along the mobius strip of life, my golden sorrow was transformed into golden possibility. I am proud of this work and its meaning to me and my life continues to change. "Feel it in your heart yet?" (Poet's Lovely Daughter.) I hope you enjoy it. XOXO Erin Muir
